The Was This Helpful setting provided by the Advanced Blogging extension allows readers to express their opinion on whether an article proved to be helpful for them or not.
On the admin end, a Was This Helpful stat is generated based on the reader’s response which can help the site owners to analyze the effectiveness of their articles and take necessary steps for improvement.
To access this option, you will first need to install and activate the Rishi Pro plugin and then activate the Advanced Blogging extension.
Activating the Advanced Blogging Extension #
You can access the Advanced Blogging Extension via Dashboard > Appearance > Rishi Theme > Extensions > Pro Extensions. Then activate the toggle to get the Advanced Blogging extension to work.
Once the extension is activated, you can access the Was This Helpful setting via Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Advanced Blogging > Was This Helpful.
General Setting #
The following are the different settings provided under the General Settings tab:
Enable Was This Helpful?: Enable this option to display the Was This Helpful section below the post content of the single post page.
Layouts: Choose your preferred layout for the section.
Title: Enter the Was This Helpful section title.
Description: Enter the message description you want to display inside the Was This Helpful section. This option is only displayed when the second layout is selected.
Positive Answer: Enter the button label indicating a positive feedback.
Negative Answer: Enter the button label indicating a negative feedback.
Thank You Message: Enter the message to be displayed when the customer provides a feedback.
Horizontal Alignment: Select the content alignment for the Was This Helpful section. This option is available only for the second layout.
Design Setting #
The following are the different options provided under the Design settings tab:
Background Color: Choose your preferred background color for the section.
Title Font: Select the Typography setting for the section title.
Title Color: Select the font color for the section title.
Content Font: Select the Typography setting for the section description.
Content Color: Select the font color for the description added.
Positive Button Color: Choose the initial and hover color for the Positive button font.
Positive Button Font: Choose the typography setting for the Positive button font.
Background: Select the initial and hover background color for the Positive button.
Negative Button Color: Choose the initial and hover color for the Negative button font.
Negative Button Font: Choose the typography setting for the Negative button font.
Background: Select the initial and hover background color for the Negative button.

The site admin can view the Was This Helpful Stats of their site articles via Dashboard > Posts > All Posts.
