Introduction #
The related posts feature allows you to link a relevant article inside of a blog post content which brings a new experience to your visitors and helps to catch the reader’s attention.
To access this option, you will first need to install and activate the Rishi Pro plugin and then activate the Advanced Blogging extension.
Activating Advanced Blogging Extension #
You can access the Advanced Blogging Extension via Dashboard > Appearance > Rishi Theme > Extensions > Pro Extensions. Then click the Activate button to get the Advanced Blogging extension to work.
Once the extension is activated, you can access Related posts setting via Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Extensions > Advanced Blogging > Related Posts.
Show Inline Related Posts: Enabling this option will show related posts inside the post content.
General Setting #
The following are the different settings provided under the General Settings tab:
Layouts: Choose a layout for the Related Posts section from the available layouts.
Section Title: Enter the section title.
Post Filter: Select the posts filter for the Related Posts section.
Show Thumbnail: Enable this option to show the related post thumbnail.
Fullwidth Related Post: Enabling this option will make the related post section full-width.
Position: Select the position for a Related Post section.
Show After Paragraph: Set after how many paragraphs you want to show the related posts.
Overflow Position: Set at which position the related post should show in case the number of paragraph set is less than in the content.
Design Setting #
The following are the different options provided under the Design settings tab:
Title Font: Choose your preferred title font setting.
Content Font: Choose your preferred content font setting.
Background Color: Select the background color for the Related Posts section.
Title Color: Select the section title color.
Post Title Color: Select the post title and hover color.
Navigation Button Color: Select the background and hover color for the Navigation button.
Border: Select the border color, design, size, and visibility for the Related Posts Section.
Padding: Set the padding value for the Related Posts Section.
