The Footer section is created and managed via the Footer Builder in the Rishi Theme. You can configure the footer via Appearance > Customize > Footer Builder.
The footer builder interface comprises three rows namely, the Top row, the Main row, and the Bottom row. This is where you place all the Footer elements to construct your site footer.
Each row is provided with the General and Design setting via which you can configure the layout and design for the respective row.

Note: If you’re referencing this article following your migration from the older Rishi theme to the newer version, please ensure that your “Columns per row” setting is selected as desired.
We have a Element tab provided for customizing the Global footer.
Elements: It lists all the footer elements that can be added to the footer builder. You can know more about these elements on the documentation for Footer Builder Elements.
